A former village barn has been transformed into a bright, modern space, blending rustic charm with contemporary design.

This old characteristic villa is located in the Upper Ticino and consists of several apartments that the owner wants to transform into an Airbnb. Our project begins with what already exists, including the kitchen and many of the furniture pieces.

The owners found a fully furnished apartment and sought advice on converting it into an Airbnb. After an initial consultation and photos, we provided a concept and budget proposal.
