This beautiful duplex was left by a tenant almost fully furnished. The clients asked if it could be transformed into an Airbnb and if we could also take care of the management. We prepared three types of proposals: from a simple project, to the project with furniture, to full management. The project involved showing that only a few changes, adding details and colors, were needed to make the space more appealing for an Airbnb.
