The customer's request was to transform a large open wardrobe space, with desk and corner office, into a third bedroom for a child.

The house already included a children’s room and a master bedroom. The challenge was to reorganize the layout without compromising storage or balance between rooms.

After a visit, we developed a first draft proposal. Our process always follows the same structure:

For this project, new walls and doors were introduced to define the new bedroom. The layout was carefully adjusted to maintain functional wardrobes across all three bedrooms, ensuring that the new child’s room remains proportionate in size while preserving practical storage solutions throughout the home.

We present a design proposal with three options: from essential to fully developed. Allowing the client to choose the level of intervention that fits their budget and expectations.

The initial consultation and first draft are always included in the initial fee.
